Kiedo payment and delivery terms
Effective from 1.9.2020.
General information about the online store
Products in the online store are sold by Kiedo Oy 3234802-8. We sell products to adults for private use in Finland and the EU area. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Ordering
Products are primarily ordered from kiedo.fi through the shopping cart.
All orders are confirmed by email, which includes the order price, delivery costs, and ordered products. Receiving an order confirmation requires providing an email address during the order.
You commit to the valid delivery terms with each order.
Order and payment confirmation
Products are ordered through the shopping cart. To order products, customers must provide contact details and select a delivery method. When products are added to the cart and the order process is completed, we send an automatic order confirmation by email to the address or phone number provided by the customer. The order confirmation includes the following information:
- Order number
- Ordered products
- Total order amount
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the current terms of the kiedo.fi online store. All information provided by the customer is handled confidentially, and kiedo.fi commits not to disclose information to third parties.
Delivery methods and time
All orders are shipped from Finland (part of the EU).
Tracking & Support
- "In stock" products are shipped 1-2 times a week. Pick-up is possible during Kiedo Shop opening hours (Kiedo Shop, Aleksis Kiven katu 15, Tampere, open Thu-Fri 11-17 and Sat 11-16).
- "Pre-order" products will be shipped when products are ready according to the announced production schedule. You will find the information from the product page.

Shipping
It depends on the transport company and country how many days the package will travel to the pick-up point or the chosen address. Central Europe we aim to deliver in 2-4 business days, Nordics 1-3 business days and rest of the Europe 3-5 business days. During busy times (campaigns, launches and holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer.
We ship to Finland via Matkahuolto and Posti, the EU countries, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland via Postnord, GLS and UPS.

Note! If you have received free delivery charges for an order and the order is returned so that the total amount of the order is less than these limits above, we will deduct the original delivery costs from the refundable amount.

All orders include tracking.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For uncollected parcels, we have to charge a €10 return and handling fee.
Duties & Import Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Returns & exchanges: Kiedo products have a 14-day right of return. If you decide to exchange or return products, we charge a fixed return fee of 7.90€. When returning all products in the order, we will refund any original delivery costs. Notification of the return must be made by email to info@kiedo.fi. Please wait for instructions on the return.
Payments:You can choose Klarna, OP Invoice, Walley, card, bank, and mobile payment methods such as MobilePay, GooglePay, and ApplePay.
We will inform on our online store if there are changes in deliveries, for example, pre-orders and custom orders have longer delivery times. The Pirkko bag, Kukka Makeup Bag, and Harness are made-to-order products with about a 4-week delivery time, as are personalized products. We will notify our customers of any delays.
Exchange and return conditions
All products have a 14-day exchange and return right according to Finnish consumer protection law.
Notification of a return must be made by email to info@kiedo.fi. You will receive instructions for the return in the reply message.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs; the product price will be reduced by 7.90€ for shipping costs. Product exchanges are free of charge for customers on orders over 50€.
The exchange and return right applies only to unused and resalable products in their original packaging. We check the condition of the returned product before refunding the payment. Made-to-order products do not have exchange or return rights.
Please read the return instructions you receive by email carefully so that the product is in resalable condition and we can refund your purchase. A belt or bag that is folded or pressed into the package is not resalable, as creases pressed into the leather cannot be removed. If the product is not resalable, we cannot refund the full amount for the product.
Note! If you have received free shipping for your order and the order is returned so that the final order amount is below the free shipping threshold, we will deduct the original shipping costs from the refundable amount.
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after receiving the delivery.
Problems during transport and defective products
If a product is lost during transport, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, you must report the error immediately to info@kiedo.fi.
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made as soon as possible. If the package is damaged during transport, a complaint must be made immediately to the logistics partner.
Payments
You can choose your preferred payment method from many secure options at our online store checkout, such as Klarna, Walley, mobile payment methods MobilePay, GooglePay, and Apple Pay, the most common payment cards like Visa and Mastercard, and the most common domestic online banks.
Products and their shipping costs are paid at the time of order. Please note that our shopping cart does not reserve products; products are reserved for you only after payment has been successfully completed through our online store checkout.
Depending on the payment method, the payment service providers in our online store are Paytrail, Klarna, Walley or Shopify Payments. The payment service provider chosen appears on your bank statement or card bill. The payment service provider forwards the payment to the seller.

If you have ordered a made-to-order or pre-order product, the Klarna invoice should be paid by the due date; pausing the payment starts a refund process during which we cannot deliver your product. Payment pause is intended for product returns.
Gift card
You can also pay your online store order with Kiedo's electronic gift card. Enter the code provided with the gift card at the online store checkout. You can use the value of your gift card in parts.
