DELIVERY METHODS AND SHIPPING COSTS

All orders are shipped from Finland (part of the EU).

Tracking and Support

• "In stock" products are shipped 1-2 times a week. Pickup is possible during Kiedo Shop opening hours (Kiedo Shop, Aleksis Kiven katu 15, Tampere, open Thu-Fri 11-17 and Sat 11-16).
• "Pre-order" products are shipped when the products are ready according to the announced production schedule. You can find the details on the product page. Delivery

The package’s journey to the pickup point or chosen address depends on the carrier and country. Deliveries within Finland take 1-2 business days, to Central Europe we aim for 2-4 business days, to the Nordic countries 1-3 business days, and to other parts of Europe 3-5 business days. During busy periods (campaigns, launches, and holidays) delivery times may be slightly longer.

We deliver to Finland via Matkahuolto and Posti, and to EU countries, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland via PostNord, GLS, and UPS.

For orders over €100 to Sweden, the Baltic countries, Germany, and Denmark

For orders over €150 to other EU countries

For orders over €250 to the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland

Note! If you have received free shipping for your order and the order is returned so that the total order amount falls below the above thresholds, we will deduct the original shipping costs from the refundable amount.

All orders include tracking. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We charge a €10 return and handling fee for uncollected packages.

Customs and Import Fees

The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Returns and Exchanges: Kiedo products have a 14-day return policy. If you decide to exchange or return products, we charge a fixed €7.90 return fee. When returning all products in the order, we refund the original shipping costs. Returns must be notified by email to info@kiedo.fi. Please wait for return instructions.

Payment Methods: You can choose Klarna, Walley, card, bank, and mobile payment methods such as MobilePay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

We will notify on our online store about any changes related to deliveries. For example, pre-orders and made-to-measure orders have longer delivery times. The Pirkko bag, Kukka makeup bag, and Harness are made-to-order products with a delivery time of about 4 weeks, as are personalized products. We inform our customers of any delays.
