Exchange and return conditions

As a responsible company, we aim to minimize the number of incorrect orders with high-quality images, comprehensive product information, and product customization according to your wishes. We hope you consider your purchase carefully and read the product information thoroughly before ordering, thank you. This way, we ensure together that the carbon footprint of the logistics remains as small as possible.

All products come with a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law. The exchange and return right applies only to unused and resalable products in their original packaging. We will check the condition of the returned product before refunding the payment.

Notification of a return must be made by email to info@kiedo.fi. You will receive instructions for making a return or exchange in the reply message. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs; we will deduct €7.90 from the refundable amount. Product exchanges are free of charge for customers on orders over €50.

If you do not want to keep the product you ordered, send it back within 14 days and we will refund the price of the product(s) to you. If you return the entire order, we will also refund any originally paid shipping costs. We will deduct the return shipping costs of €7.90 from the total order amount. We will refund the amount you paid according to your payment method. Processing the return and transferring the money usually takes about 10–20 business days.

Note! If you received free shipping on your order and the order is returned so that the final order amount falls below the free shipping threshold, we will deduct the original shipping costs from the refundable final amount. 

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after receiving the delivery.
