Kiedo products are manufactured by Finnish small entrepreneurs. All products are locally produced.
The products are made from deadstock leather and nordic deer leather. We aim for the most ecological and domestic solutions in packaging, product labels and mailing: our mailing bags are made in Finland from FSC-labeled paper and our domestic jewelry boxes are made from biodegradable wood fiber.
The surplus cutting from the production of our accessories is utilized in our own jewelry.
Delivery: Kiedo packages are sent 1-2 times a week and almost always arrive within two working days. However, please note that the official delivery time promised by Matkahuolto and Posti is 4-7 working days. Free delivery for orders over 80€. If the order value is under 80€, the cheapest delivery method (Matkahuolto) costs 4.90-5.90€, depending on the package size.
Exchanges: Exchanging a product for a different size or a completely different product is easy through Matkahuolto; product exchanges are free of charge for customers with orders over 50€. Notification of product exchange must be made by email to info@kiedo.fi. Please wait for instructions on the return.
Returns: Kiedo products have a 14-day right of return. If you decide to return products, we charge a fixed return fee of 7.90€. When returning all products in the order, we will refund any original delivery costs.Notification of the return must be made by email to info@kiedo.fi. Please wait for instructions on the return.
Payments: You can choose Klarna, OP Invoice, Walley, card, bank, and mobile payment methods such as MobilePay, GooglePay, and ApplePay.
We will inform on our online store if there are changes in deliveries, for example, pre-orders and custom orders have longer delivery times. The Pirkko bag, Flower Makeup Bag, and Harness are made-to-order products with about a 4-week delivery time, as are personalized products. We will notify our customers of any delays.

Kiedo Leather Cream
Bag care
Bags go through all kinds of activities, so we recommend treating them with colorless leather cream. It's important to treat light-colored bags before first use. The cream protects the bag from rain, moisture and dirt. With colorless cream, scratches magically disappear from the leather. The cream also nourishes the leather. When the leather doesn’t dry out, it can last even for decades.

Please do not wear new dark jeans with lighter leather bags or belts, as the jeans may bleed color before the first wash.
Wrap belt care
Leather wrap belts are almost maintenance-free if you store them properly. Below you’ll find tips for new belt owners:
- Remember to wrap the belt loosely around your body so it doesn’t chafe or come undone while moving
- Tying the knot firmly is recommended
- At first, a double knot, meaning two knots on top of each other, is a stylish and easy way to soften the belt
- If you bought the belt for a special occasion, it’s good to wear it a few times before the event
- The wrap belt will soften and become more flexible with use; you’ll notice the difference after just a few wears
- The wrap belt absorbs oils from your hands, so the more you tie and “handle” it, the better – Kiedo’s leather wrap belts are maintenance-free thanks to this
- Please store the belt away from sunlight and hot radiators, and do not store it tightly rolled or folded – you can also get a Kiedo Dustbag to protect your belts
- If the leather of the belt dries out for some reason, you can treat it with a small amount of colorless leather cream or top-grain leather care product. Use the product sparingly and allow the cream to absorb well so it doesn’t stain clothes
- You can gently brush a suede belt with a clothes brush or suede stone

Jewelry care
- Always put earrings on last when getting ready; hairspray or makeup is not good for leather

- Baby wipes are also handy for removing dirt or makeup stains from leather products
- Remember to use the silicone stoppers on hook earrings so the jewelry doesn’t catch on scarves and get lost
- Store leather earrings away from direct sunlight, and do not keep your jewelry near radiators

You have a lovingly made leather jacket in your hands, and we wish you wonderful moments together for decades ❤️
The jacket comes with ecological, plant-based leather cream that moisturizes and cleans the leather and covers small marks on the leather surface. The cream also protects the jacket from moisture. It’s good to treat the jacket with a small amount of product every year, including before the first use. Please do not store the jacket near a radiator or in direct sunlight. It’s best to keep the zipper closed on a jacket hanger; some hangers may leave marks or stretch the sleeves. When storing the jacket in a closet, remember that clothes need space to breathe, and leather may get creases if the closet is packed tightly with clothes. Leather withstands light rain, but if the jacket gets completely wet, let it fully dry with the zipper closed in its natural shape, and then treat it with leather cream (do not dry the jacket in a sauna). Small stains are easy to remove from leather with a damp cloth.
